Fall is one of my favourite seasons of the year! My card is a Happy Halloween card using the Spooky Cat Stamp set out of the Holiday Stampin' Up! Catalogue (page 53 for easy reference).

Tips and Trick to recreate this card:
Cut:
Basic Black cardstock card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Basic Black card mat: 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Scrap for punched cat
Lemon Lime Twist cardstock: 5 1/4" x 4" (x 2) as one is for inside of card
Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Tangerine Tango and Lemon Lime Twist for punched shaps and greeting banner
Wonderful card. I love the green circle in the background. Did you simply drag an ink pad over it to get that streaking effect?
